Just what were senior executives at JP Morgan Chase, the largest US bank by assets, thinking of when they organised an online Q&A session via Twitter? They were always going to be bombarded with hostile questions and sarky jokes.
Either they didn’t think about the risks of such an event being hijacked by one or more people with an agenda, which exists for all big organisations doing this sort of thing. Or they simply are unaware of the obvious contempt that many feel for the big banks – and not just in the US.
I particularly liked this question: @schoun
“When you locked people out of their homes & ruined their lives, did you still send them credit card invitations just to rub it in?”
