Peter Batt is a journalist, writer and page designer. In a career that spans more than 30 years, he’s worked for national newspapers, magazines and a number of private clients. Passionate about breaking the narrative around sustainable lifestyles, Peter took the plunge in 2007 and launched a UK-wide green consumer magazine, called GreenerLiving. However, his timing could have been better as the financial crash was about to explode onto the world and change both the minds of consumers and the face of publishing. In 2011, Peter became managing editor of Ethical Performance, an international business ethics magazine, before deciding to set out on completely his own path two years later. And that has involved writing Psychopath Economics, which is an analysis of the logic of power, and more recently The Debtors’ Cartel.
